­­Town of Twin Brooks Council Proceedings

 

The Town of Twin Brooks conducted its monthly meeting  Tuesday, June 14, with Wiseman, Wellnitz and Porath in attendance. Wiseman called the meeting to order.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.

A motion was made by Porath and seconded by Wellnitz to approve Finance Report.

A motion was made by Porath and seconded by Wiseman to have a Twin Brooks city-wide rummage sale August 12-13-14, 2022.

A motion was made by Porath and seconded by Wiseman to fix the concession stand water leak.

Trustee #2 election is not needed, no other petitions filed. Trustee #2 Wiseman will start new term on July 1, 2022.

Trustee #2 Wiseman gave his resignation to the board. Thank you, Roger  for your service to the community. Anyone in Twin Brooks interested in Trustee #3 position, please come to next meeting.

Pump house is officially sold. Damaged overhead door was replaced.

Bills to be paid: Grant-Roberts Rural Water $55; Otter Tail #291.90; Grant County Review $8.33; ITC $84.8; Dakota Door $6,010.35.

Meeting was adjourned and seconded. Next meeting is set for July 12, 2022 at 7:30 p.m.
