NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Verified Petition for Name Change of a Minor Child and correct Name of Parent on Certificate of Birth has been filed by Marling Yahoska Centeno Zavala and Ivan Ariel Blandon Maldonado, the object and prayer of which is to change their minor child’s name from Arianna Aileen Blandón Centeno to Arianna Aileen Blandon Centeno and to correct the spelling of the father’s name on the child’s birth certificate from Ivan Ariel Blandón Maldonado to Ivan Ariel Blandon Maldonado. On the 8th day of September 2026, at the hour of 9:30 a.m. said Verified Petition will be heard by this Court before the Honorable Dawn M. Elshere presiding, at the Court Room in the Grant County Courthouse, City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, or as soon thereafter as is convenient for the court.
