Angel Tree Program
Helps Families Have
Happier Christmases
The Grant County Christian Service Council, local banks and Interlakes Community Action Partnership (ICAP) have teamed up to help families in need have happier Christmas mornings. Through the continuation of the Grant County Angel Tree program, individuals and organizations in the community will provide gifts for children who may otherwise have a bleak holiday.
Families who may qualify should submit their applications through the ICAP office in the Grant County Courthouse.
Area residents are encouraged to visit one of the Angel Trees in any of the local bank lobbies and select an Angel card. The trees will be set up by Wednesday, November 20.
The cards include a child’s age, clothing size and interests. The gift-wrapped package must be returned with the card attached by Wednesday, December 11.
