ANNUAL NOTICE OF DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC REVIEW

Documents relating to Milbank School District’s eligibility under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) are available for public review.

They include the following:

Milbank School District Special Education Comprehensive Plan;

Annual Part B and Section 619 Application for Federal Funds; and

Special Education Accountability/ Monitoring Final Report @ https://doe.sd.gov/sped/documents/FFY20/Milbank.pdf

The documents may be reviewed at the Central Office or the Special Services Director’s Office (432-5579), Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please call to make an appointment.
