“Love the One You are With”
Rebecca Undem, author and inspirational speaker, will be in Milbank on Thursday, December 5. The author of How Mommy Got Her Groove Back, will be the guest speaker at a mingle and jingle event hosted by the Grant County Development Corporation and the Milbank Chamber of Commerce.
The event will be in the Milbank Visitor Center beginning at 5 p.m. Tickets for non-chamber members will be $10, and all proceeds will be donated to the 2020 Special Olympics. Tickets will be available at the door.
Undem’s presentation will be entitled “Love the One You are With.” Working as a people developer through an international talent management firm, Undem has worked with hundreds of companies to improve their bottom line results by focusing on their greatest asset: their people.
Today she inspires people to live big, no matter their zip code. She performs at speaking events, retreats and workshops, as well as hosting a podcast where she serves up a passionate and playful take on how to bloom where one is planted.
Undem is from Oakes, ND. She and her farmer husband, Jeremiah, have three children. She reports that her family simultaneously grounds her and keeps her from taking herself too seriously.
Those who attend the mingle and jingle event are invited to stay after the presentation and enjoy some holiday cheer.
