Boy Scouts Plan Activities for Registration Night

The Milbank Area Scouts BSA (Boy Scouts of America) will host its annual Scout kick-off and registration night on Thursday, August 26,  from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Pribyl Park in Milbank.
The organization has planned many fun activities for the evening including Troop 45’s water bottle rockets. There is no cost to attend and all youth and their families are invited.
Cub Scouts are for youth kindergarten through middle of fifth grade and Scouts BSA include youth middle of fifth grade through 12 grade (age 18).
Parents and youth are invited to find out more about the local Scouts BSA programs, enjoy a fun-filled family evening and register for the upcoming year if they decide scouting is for them. The event is for new scout sign-ups, scouts planning to return this next year, and for anyone interested in just learning more about scouting and what scouting can do for youth and family.
