BUDGET SUPPLEMENT HEARING

Grant County, South Dakota for the budget year beginning January 1, 2021, and ending December 31, 2021.

To adopt budget authority of $1,100,000.00 in #523 4-H Building for the purpose of establishing budget authority associated with the building of the 4-H Static Building. The source of cash being from the designated donations in Fund 101.

NOTICE: The Grant County Board of Commissioners will meet in the Commission Chambers in the Courthouse in Milbank, South Dakota, on September 21, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. for the purpose of considering the above proposed Supplemental Budget to the Original Budget and the various items therein.

At all meetings of the Board, all interested persons may appear either in person or by representative and will be heard and will be given the opportunity for a full and complete discussion of all items set forth in such proposed budget. By the Board of Commissioners, ordered this 7th day of September, 2021.
