5:30 p.m.
The Big Stone City council met in special session on Thursday, December 30, 2021. Meeting began at 5:30 p.m. with Mayor Athey presiding. Roll Call: Roscoe, Redfield, Rabe, Brown, Stoddard, Zahnow. Others present Maria Loughlin.
A motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting on December 6, 2021, was made by Rabe and seconded by Zahnow. All in favor, motion carried.
A motion to approve year end bills for 2021 was made by Stoddard and seconded by Redfield. All in favor. Motion carried.
A motion to increase 2022 employee wages was by Redfield and seconded by Roscoe. All in favor. Motion carried.
A motion to approve the second reading of Ordinance 2021-12 was made by Stoddard and seconded Rabe. All in favor. Motion carried.

Discussion on insurance at the city office and municipal liquor was made on increasing city properties value. Further discussion needed.
A motion was made to approve wages for 2021.
Being no further business a motion to adjourn was made by Stoddard and seconded by Redfield. All in favor, motion carried.
