4:45 p.m.
   The Big Stone City council met in special session on Thursday, September 26, 2019. Meeting began at 4:45 p.m. with Mayor Wiik presiding. Roll Call: Henderson, Redfield, Brown, Hughes present and Stecker absent. Others Present: Emily Sigler, Pat Kaiser and Brian Frevert.
   A discussion was held on the 1st reading of Ordinance 2019-9, Appropriation Ordinance. A motion to approve the 1st reading was made by Henderson and seconded by Redfield. All in favor. Motion carried.
   Being no further business a motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Henderson and seconded by Hughes. Motion carried.

   The Big Stone City council met in special session on Monday, September 30, 2019. Meeting began at 4:45 p.m. with Mayor Wiik presiding. Roll Call: Redfield, Brown, Hughes present and Stecker, Henderson absent. Others Present: Emily Sigler and Pat Kaiser.
   A discussion was held on the 2nd reading of Ordinance 2019-9, Appropriation Ordinance. A motion to approve the 2nd reading was made by Brown and seconded by Redfield. All in favor. Motion carried.
   Being no further business a motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Redfield and seconded by Brown. Motion carried.
