NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER FOR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council in and for the City of Big Stone City, South Dakota, on the 30th day of June, 2021, at the hour of 5:30 p.m. at the city office building, will meet in a special meeting session to consider the following transfer application for an Alcoholic Beverage Licenses (Malt Beverage & Wine and Retail On-Sale Restaurant); from Big Rock Grill and Casino; Mary Smithwick; To AA Restaurants, LLC ; Alan Adelman, at E 58’ of lots 1 & 2, Block 53, Consolidated Plat.

1) Transfer of license from Mary

Smithwick (Big Rock Grill and

Casino, LLC) to Alan Adelman

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person, persons, or their attorney may appear and be heard at said scheduled public hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such application.
