NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED LOT MERGER

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on April 6, 2020 at 6:00 P.M., in the City Offices to consider in full or in part the following proposed Lot Merger requested by Russell Jury.

The request, if granted, would permit a lot merger binding two lots together, Section 17.22.06. Lot Merger Agreement, General Residential District. If granted the properties to be merged are identified as 201 and 203 E Milbank Ave, ORIGINAL TOWNSITE LOT 1 BLOCK 20 AND ORIGINAL TOWNSITE LOT 2 BLOCK 20, Milbank, SD, Zoned R-2, General Residential District.

All persons interested therein may be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing by attending the conference call at the Milbank City Visitor Center, or by phone conference 1-605-874-6338, Conference ID 27468, or prior to said hearing, may email comments to cityadministrator@ itctel.com, or may file written comments with the City Administrator, 1001 E 4th Ave, Suite 301, Milbank South Dakota.
