NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
ON A PROPOSED VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on August 3, 2020 at 6:00 P.M., by Zoom Teleconference to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance permit requested by Craig DeBoer.
The request is for a variance of 17.13.06, Area Regulations, Highway Business District. If granted the variance would allow two non-conforming lots, the lot with the existing structure would be resized to 100’x100’ (10,000 sq. ft.) with non-conforming front and rear yard setbacks (front 38’ and rear 22’), and the new proposed lot would be 100’x183’ (18,300 sq. ft.). The property is known as 505 W 4th Ave, S 300’ OF E 50’ OF LT 109 & S 300’ OF LOTS 110 & 111 (CAR WASH) (AKA OUTLOTS), City of Milbank, Grant County. The property is zoned B-3, Highway Business District.
