Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on March 2, 2026, at 6 p.m., in the City Offices, 1001 E. 4th Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance requested by Jason and Geri Redmond.
The request, if granted, would permit an addition to being built outside the required setbacks, Chapter 17.09. The property is identified as 913 S. 5th Street, SOUTH SIDE ADDITION SUBDIV OF OL A LOT 6 BLOCK 12, City of Milbank, South Dakota, Zoned R2 General Residential District.
To address the Board of Adjustment, any property owner or their designee in the City of Milbank may notify and provide feedback and any materials to the Zoning Officer by noon on the Friday before the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment, this allows adequate follow-up time to address received feedback.
