NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FOR PROPOSED VARIANCE

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on October 4, 2021 at 6:00 P.M., in the City Offices, 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance requested by Cal Schulte.

The request, if granted, would permit an oversized accessory structure. Proposed accessory structure size 36’x56’. Chapter 17.24.01. The property is identified as 506 S 3rd Street, Original Townsite Lot 3 & 4 Block 43, City of Milbank, South Dakota, Zoned R2, General Residential District.

All persons interested therein may be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing by or prior to said hearing, you may email comments to cityadministrator@milbanksd.com, or may file written comments through the City Administrator at, 1001 E 4th Ave, Suite 301, Milbank South Dakota.
