NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TRANSFER OF RETAIL (ON SALE) LIQUOR LICENSE

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, will meet on Monday June 8, 2020, in the Milbank Visitor Center located at 1001 East Fourth Avenue at 7:00 pm and will consider the following transfer application:

To: DCDS LLC, DBA Cocktails & Corks; 107 E 4th Ave; West 50’ of Lots 5 & 6, Block 16, Original Townsite to the City of Milbank, South Dakota.

From: Scott & Pamela Jackson, Midtown Liquors, 107 E 4th Ave; West 50’ of Lots 5 & 6, Block 16, Original Townsite, Milbank, South Dakota

Said application is located within the City of Milbank for the period beginning May 12, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

Notice is further given that any person, persons or their attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing who is interested in the approval or rejection of said transfer application.
