NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TRANSFER OF RETAIL (ON SALE) LIQUOR LICENSE

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, will meet on Monday July 12, 2021, in the Milbank Visitor Center located at 1001 East Fourth Avenue at 7:00 pm and will consider the following transfer application:

To: Dale & Pam Johnson, Johnson Automotive Inc., 1404 Morningside Drive, Lot 6 & Lot 107, Block 3, Morningside Addition, Milbank, SD

From: Birch-Miller Post No 9, American Legion Birch Miller Post #9, 308 S Main St, Lots 3 & 4, Block 10, Original Townsite, Milbank, SD

Said application is located within the City of Milbank for the period beginning July 13, 2021 to December 31, 2021.

Notice is further given that any person, persons or their attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing who is interested in the approval or rejection of said transfer application.
