Corona Parade POSTPONED

UPDATE -- Corona Parade, St. Patrick's Day celebration is POSTPONED
Lynn, Patsy Pew Named Corona Grand Marshals
The 28th annual Corona
St. Patrick’s Celebration and Parade will feature grand marshals Lynn and Patsy Pew. The celebration will be Saturday, March 14, beginning with the parade at 3:30 p.m.
Every year, the Corona St. Patrick’s Day committee selects local community citizens to honor as grand marshals. “Lynn and Patsy were picked this year because they have been getting up and making coffee and breakfast for local residents in the community center since the cafe closed,” Jon Madsen explained.
Area residents and visitors will converge on Corona to enjoy the annual parade. Then, they can stay in the community and take part in a variety of “shenanigans,” according to organizers.
There will be inflatables, games, and a barrel train to entertain the kids. Irish-themed food options plus food trucks and concession stands will provide options for festive food.
For those who want to show off their singing talents, there will be karoke at the Wildlife Bar at 6 p.m.
