NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO CONSIDER A

TO MODIFICATION TO THE COUNTY HIGHWAY SYSTEM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Board of Grant County Commissioners in and for the County of Grant in the City of Milbank, South Dakota, on the 7th day November, 2023, at the hour of 8:30 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse in the County Commissioners meeting room, will meet in regular session to hear public comments or objections and to consider the modification of the county highway system by considering vacating the main street of LaBolt from the county road system.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN: That any person, persons or their Attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such ordinance.
