County Land Lease

COUNTY LAND LEASE

The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, South Dakota, has directed that the following county owned property will be offered for leasing purposes for the 2020 year at public auction to the highest bidder as provided by law: 

1. S1/2NE1/4 8-120-51 (40 Acres) Mazeppa Township

2. Part of the NW1/4NW1/4 33-120-47 (About 15 Acres) Alban Twp.    

The auction will take place on the first floor lobby of the Courthouse at 9:00 A.M. March 17, 2020.

Terms will be cash at the time of auction.
