THE FLAGS WERE FLYING in the lead of the annual Farley Fest parade on Saturday, August 1, at 9:30 a.m., as the Vietnam Veterans of America and the Disabled American Veterans chapters rolled through. It was a beautiful morning for the parade which had a nice turnout of parade watchers and candy enthusiasts.
