January 16, 2024

7 p.m.

Present for Ambulance District Board Meeting were Jackson Schwandt, Joe Sousa, Jeremy Wiese, John Weyh, Hanna Greiner, Steve Mogard, Mike Mach, Doug Stengel, Steve Pendergrass, Joe Weber, Tracy Kurtz and Barret Wicklund. 

The floor was open to the public for questions and concerns. No questions or concerns were confronted to the board. 

Meeting Minutes from August 30, were read through and discussed. Motioned by Wiese and second by Weyh, meeting minutes were unanimously approved. 

A bank account at First Bank and Trust was made with Sousa and Greiner on account; however, checks need to be corrected with two signature lines for both members to sign.

Grant Country Ambulance District Expenses for the year 2023 include; Publication of Meeting minutes: $25.64; Publication of Resolution: $22.94; Premium for Bond: $170.00. 

Barret Wicklund took the floor to discuss ambulance expenses. The plan is for a newer ambulance for Milbank station once the first payment is made in June. 

Next meeting is set for April 16 at 7 p.m. at the Milbank Fire Hall. 

Motion to adjourn was made by Wiese, second by Greiner, and unanimously approved.
