ORDINANCE 2020-01

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING GRANT COUNTY ORDINANCE #2004-1, AN ORDINANCE

ESTABLISHING ZONING

REGULATIONS FOR GRANT COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA, AND PROVIDING FOR THE

ADMINISTRATION,

ENFORCEMENT, AND

AMENDMENT THEREOF, IN

ACCORDANCE WITH THE

PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 11-2, 1967 SDCL, AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL RESOLUTIONS AND

ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH

The Grant County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse located at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD. Interested persons are encouraged to attend and comment on Ordinance #2020-01, An ordinance amending Grant County ordinance #2004-1, An ordinance establishing zoning regulations for Grant County, South Dakota, and providing for the administration, enforcement, and amendment thereof, in accordance with the provisions of chapters 11-2, 1967 SDCL, and amendments thereof, and for the repeal of all resolutions and ordinances in conflict therewith. Ordinance 2020-01 deals with private campgrounds.

The proposed ordinance will be made available for public inspection at the Office of the Grant County Auditor, Milbank, South Dakota during regular business hours. (Pursuant to SDCL 11-2 and amendments thereto).
