The Grant County Commission met in special session at 2 PM for the purpose of considering approval of plats. Commissioners Mach and Tostenson were present, and Commissioner Stengel joined by phone. Chairman Tostenson called the meeting to order with a quorum present and asked for a motion to approve the agenda. Motion by Stengel and seconded by Mach to approve the agenda. Chairman Tostenson called for a roll call vote. Stengel aye, Mach aye and Tostenson aye. Motion carried 3-0.

Plats: Motion by Mach and seconded by Stengel to approve the five plats as presented by Steve Berkner, Planning and Zoning Officer. Chairman Tostenson called for a roll call vote. Stengel aye, Mach aye and Tostenson aye. Motion carried 3-0.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA IN REGULAR MEETING ASSEMBLED THAT THE PLAT OF THE FOOTHILLS SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE SE1/4 OF SECTION 25, T121N, R50W OF THE 5TH P.M., GRANT COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA BE APPROVED THIS 22ND DAY OF SEPT, 2021 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SDCL 11-3 AND ALL ACTS AMENDATORY THERETO. COUNTY COMMISSION RESOLUTION

It was moved by Commissioner Mike Mach, seconded by Commissioner Doug Stengel, motion carried that the LOT 2 OF TWIN VALLEY TIRE ADDITION LOCATED IN THE SE1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 120 NORTH, RANGE 49 WEST OF THE 5TH P.M., GRANT COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA, as described above and hereon be approved and accepted and the Chairman is hereby instructed to endorse on such plat this resolution and to certify the same.
