NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC

HEARING

GRANT COUNTY

COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN

The Grant County Planning Commission and the Grant County Board of County Commissioners Council will hold a joint public hearing on April 11, 2022, at 4:00 P.M. at the Grant County Courthouse located at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD. All interested persons are encouraged to attend in person and comment on the proposed Comprehensive Land use Plan. After the public hearing, the Planning Commission may pass a resolution recommending approval of Comprehensive Land Use Plan with or without amendment, to the Board of County Commissioners. The Board of County Commissioners may then approve the Comprehensive Land use Plan by resolution.

The proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan are available for public review at the Grant County Courthouse and at http://association.1stdistrict.org/grant-county-board-of-adjustment/. Written comments may be filed by emailing the County Zoning Officer at steve.berkner@grantcountysd.us or by mailing them to the Zoning Officer at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252 on or before noon on April 8, 2022.
