Homecoming Celebrations Set at Milbank, Wilmot, Waverly-South Shore Schools
The homecoming week activities at Milbank High School begin with the coronation ceremony on Sunday, September 21, at 7 p.m. in the National Guard Armory. The culmination of the homecoming festivities will be Friday, September 26, when the Milbank Bulldogs host the Tanagers of Vermillion in the football game at the A.B. Campbell Stadium.
Wilmot schools will enjoy the start of homecoming on Monday, September 22, with coronation and the burning of the ‘W’. This year’s homecoming theme is time of our lives. The Wolves take on the Waubay/Summit Mustangs in the football homecoming game at 7 p.m. It will also be parent night for the football team and cheerleaders. Winning floats will be displayed during the half-time show.
Waverly-South Shore schools is set to celebrate homecoming Monday to Friday, September 22 to 26, with the theme of Home Sweet Homecoming. The Coyote football team will take on Deubrook at 7 p.m.
