INVITATION TO SUBMIT FOR

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT-RISK (CMAR) SERVICES

The Grant County Commission invites qualified companies to submit for CMAR services for the Grant County Courthouse Elevator project. The intent is to deliver this project as a Construction Management At-Risk (CMAR) Project in coordination with the owners’ architect and engineering team.

PROCUREMENT OF DOCUMENTS AND QUESTIONS:

Please contact Karen Layher karen.layher@grantcountysd.us if you would like to procure the RFP document, tour the building, or have any questions as it relates to the submission of the RFP.

RFP DUE DATE and PLACE OF OPENING

RFP responses are due to the Grant County Administrator’s office located at 210 E 5th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 by 4 p.m. March 15, 2024. The proposals will be opened at the Commission meeting on March 19, 2024.
