Council Proceedings

The LaBolt Town Council met December 4, 2023 at the LaBolt Hall. Present were Jon Wold, John Wollenberg, Larry Erp, Kenny Wold and Tiffany Leonard.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

The minutes from the last meeting were read and approved. Financial report was given and approved.

The following bills were approved for payment from the general fund; Ottertail Power (street lights) $212.43; Ottertail Power (fire hall) $62.34; Ottertail Power (sign) $6.76; Brookings Deuel Water $30.00; Larry Erp $56.00; Tiffany Leonard $67.82; Grant County Review $12.65; SDML $104.39; SD Governmental Finance Officers Assoc. $40.00; Nationwide $100.00; Denny’s Septic Service $159.75, Trapp Plumbing Company, Inc. $209.54, and DANR $150.00.

We discussed the County Commissioners are considering abandoning county roads in towns and repairing street lights and sensors.

Next meeting will be Tuesday, January 2, 2023 at 7 p.m.
