Council Proceedings

 

The LaBolt Town Council met February 1, 2021 at the LaBolt Hall. Present were Justin Siderewicz, Jon Wold, Larry Erp, Barb Ellingson and John Wollenberg.  

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

The minutes from the last meeting were read and approved. The treasurer’s report was given and approved. 

The following bills were approved for payment from the general fund:

Northwestern Energy $10.00; Otter Tail Power $269.34 (Street Lights); Otter Tail Power $7.49 (LaBolt sign); Otter Tail Power $156.98 (Fire Hall); Grant County Review $13.67; Brookings Rural Water $25.00; Town of LaBolt $312.00; US Postal Service $64.00.

Old business: New equipment for the park playground was discussed further.  

New business: Jon made a motion to purchase playground equipment no.7B & 27H with wood roofs from Rainbow Play Systems. The smaller system is for the small park in town and the larger one is for the park.  Larry seconded and motion passed.

Larry made a motion to accept the 2020 annual report. Jon seconded and motion passed.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Next meeting will be Monday, March 1, 2021 at 7 PM.
