LaBolt Town 

Council Proceedings

 

The LaBolt Town Council met September 7, 2021 at the LaBolt Hall.  Present were Jon Wold, Larry Erp, Kenneth Wold, Barb Ellingson and John Wollenberg.

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m.

The minutes from the last meeting were read and approved. The treasurer’s report was given and approved. 

The following bills were approved for payment from the general fund:

Northwestern Energy $10.00; Otter Tail Power $239.99 (Street Lights); Otter Tail Power $6.53 (LaBolt sign); Otter Tail Power $55.36 (Fire Hall); Otter Tail Power $221.85 (campsite); Brookings Rural Water $25.00; Grant County Review $15.26; US Postal Service $55.00; Vanorny Tree Service $225.00; Insurance Plus $153.00.

Barb reported that the reservations have slowed down. We had a good Labor Day weekend.

It was decided that the meetings would start at 7 p.m. beginning with the October meeting.

The 2022 budget was discussed.  Larry made a motion to accept the 2022 budget for the town of LaBolt. Kenne seconded and motion passed.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Next meeting will be Monday, October 4, 2021 at 7 p.m.
