LaBolt Town Council Proceedings

The LaBolt Town Council met May 4, 2026 at the LaBolt Hall. Present were Jon Wold, Kenny Wold, Larry Erp, and Tiffany Leonard.

The meeting was called to order at 8 p.m.

The minutes from the last meeting were read and approved. Financial report was given and approved.

The following bills were approved for payment from the general fund; Otter Tail Power (street lights) $215.43; Otter Tail Power (fire hall) $129.96; Otter Tail Power (sign) $7.44; Otter Tail Power (campsite) $13.53; Brookings Deuel Water $42.00; Northwestern Energy $12.00; QuickBooks $2,085.07; and Kibble Equipment $44.56.

We discussed old business the future of the four lots in LaBolt, Mack Landscaping starting repairs on the stairs, and removing the dumpster at the dam during off seasons.

We discussed new business of donations, abandoned property, and Governor Housing options.

The following donations were approved: Grant County Library in the amount of $500, Revillo Fire Department in the amount of $1,000, and the Milbank Fire Department in the amount of $1,000.

Kenneth made a motion, Larry seconded and Jon adjourned the meeting.

Next meeting will be Monday, June 1st, 2026 at 8 p.m.
