LaBolt Town Council Proceedings
The LaBolt Town Council met August 3, 2026, at the LaBolt Hall. Present were Jon Wold, Larry Erp, and Tiffany Leonard.
The meeting was called to order at 8 p.m.
The minutes from the last meeting were read and approved. Financial report was given and approved.
The following bills were approved for payment from the general fund; Otter Tail Power (street lights) $269.76; Otter Tail Power (fire hall) $47.85; Otter Tail Power (sign) $8.76; Otter Tail Power (campsite) $39.37; Brookings Deuel Water $42.00; Northwestern Energy $12.00; QuickBooks $29.46; Checksforless $76.75; Sioux Valley Co-op $69.58; Roy Stolpman $198.00; Larry Erp $432.35; and Valley Office Products $69.55. The following bills were approved for payment from the sewer fund; Public Health Laboratory $174.00.
We discussed the old business of the future of the four lots in LaBolt and the abandoned property.
We discussed a new web domain and raising the camping prices for LaBolt Dam, a new container for the recycled cans, and a community meal.
Jon made a motion, Larry seconded and Jon adjourned the meeting.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 8 p.m.
