The Milbank High School and Milbank Middle School bands and choirs will present their annual Christmas concerts this coming week in the Milbank High School Theater.
The high school musicians will perform on Sunday, December 11, at 2 p.m., while the sixth, seventh and eighth groups will share their music on Monday, December 12, at 7:30 p.m.    
The high school groups, under the direction of Susan Karels, Miriam Schwenn and Kristi Seehafer, will share seasonal melodies, familiar carols and original tunes. Instrumental features and soloists are among the mix of each large group’s presentation.
High school music families are  reminded to bring one dozen cookies or bars to the school between 1 and 2 p.m. prior to the concert. Doors open at 1 p.m., admission will be charged.
The middle school ensembles, conducted by Karels and Schwenn, will feature each grade level performing a variety of holiday favorites. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with no admission fee.
