NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Town Council of LaBolt in the Town of LaBolt, South Dakota, on the 20th day of June 2022, will meet in special session at 8:30 p.m. to consider the following application for an On-Off Sale Malt Beverage/On-Off Sale SD Farm Wines License to operate inside a municipality for the July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 licensing period, which has been presented to the Town Council of

LaBolt and filed with the LaBolt Finance Officer.

Applicant: Emily Adolph, owner of Emily’s Place. The legal description is in the Original Townsite, Town of LaBolt of the E ½ of Lot 1 & E ½ of Lot 2 & N 201/2’ of E ½ of Lot 3, Block 4.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT any person, persons, or their Attorney may appear at said meeting who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such application.
