20.99.NOTICE OF BID LETTING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Board of the Town of LaBolt will receive sealed competitive bids for the following item declared surplus by the Town.

1977 GMC C2500, ¾ ton wideside with a book value of $7,875.

Each bid must be submitted on paper in a sealed envelope.

Please write on the outside of the envelope:  “1977 GMC Pickup.”

Bids will be received up until 6 pm on Friday, May 29, 2020, at the residence of the Finance Officer, Barb Ellingson at 116 Main Street, LaBolt, SD. No bid will be accepted after the specified date and hour. The bids will be opened at the June 1 town meeting.

The Town of LaBolt reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals and to waive any or all irregularities.
