NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Board of Grant County Commissioners in and for the County of Grant in the City of Milbank, South Dakota, will receive sealed competitive bids for the following item declared surplus by Grant County.

2007 Cat Motor Grader, Serial Number APN01133

To inspect the motor grader, please contact Hwy Supt Daren Peterson at 605-432-5861

Each bid must be submitted on paper in a sealed envelope.

Please write on the outside of the envelope: 2007 Cat Motor grader

A bid bond or certified check will be waived as provided by SDCL 5-18-6.1.

Bids will be received up until 9 AM on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at the Grant County Commission meeting. No bid will be accepted after the specified date and hour. The bids will be publicly opened at the Commission meeting.

The Grant County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals and to waive any or all irregularities.
