NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Board of Grant County Commissioners and 4-H Association in and for the County of Grant in the City of Milbank, South Dakota, will receive sealed competitive bids for the following item.

4-H Grounds Snow Removal

Specifications may be obtained from the Grant County 4-H Office at 517 Flynn Dr., Milbank, SD 57252.

The bid must be sealed in an envelope marked on the outside with “4-H Grounds Snow Removal Services”.

Bids will be received up until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, November 20, 2023 at the Grant County 4-H Office at 517 Flynn Dr., Milbank, SD.  No bid proposals will be accepted after the specified date and hour. The bid recommendation will be approved at the Commission meeting on November 21, 2023.

The Grant County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals and to waive any or all irregularities.
