for 4-H Horse Tack

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Board of Grant County Commissioners in and for the County of Grant in the City of Milbank, South Dakota, will receive sealed competitive bids for the following item.

16’ X 12’ wood storage building known as the 4-H Horse Tack Shed 

The shed must be removed from the premises by July 6, 2023, at the cost of the successful bidder. 

The building may be inspected where it is located at the Grant County 4-H Grounds by contacting the Grant County 4-H Office at 432-9221.

The bid must be sealed in an envelope marked on the outside with “4-H Horse Tack Shed Bid”.

Bids will be received up until 9 a.m. on Tuesday June 20, 2023, at the Grant County Administrator’s Office at 210 E 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD. No bid proposals will be accepted after the specified date and hour. The bids will be publicly opened at the Commissioner’s meeting and consideration of bids will take place at that time. 

The Grant County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals and to waive any or all irregularities.
