NOTICE OF BID PROPOSALS FOR

PUBLIC DEFENDER CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

 

 

 

 

The Board of Grant County Commissioners in and for the County of Grant in the City of Milbank, South Dakota, will receive sealed competitive bid proposals for a Public Defender Contract for Grant County for the year 2023.

Detailed bid proposal specifications may be obtained by contacting the Grant County Auditor at 432-6711 or online at www.grantcounty.sd.us 

Each bid proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope.  The envelope must be marked “Public Defender Bid Proposal”. 

Bid proposals will be received up until 5 p.m. on Monday, December 19, 2022 at the Grant County Auditor’s Office at 210 E 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD.  No bid proposals will be accepted after the specified date and hour.  The bid proposals will be publicly opened at the Grant County Commission meeting on December 20, 2022 at 9 a.m.   

The Grant County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals and to waive any or all irregularities.
