Notice to Creditors

 

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bernice H. Pinkert, the last surviving Trustor of the Pinkert Family Revocable Trust, dated August 28, 2014, and any amendments thereto or restatements thereof (collectively the ATrust@), passed away on January 4, 2024.  Gene Pinkert, whose address is 48574 149th St, Big Stone City, SD 57216, is the current Trustee of the Trust. 

Pursuant to SDCL ' 55-4-58, Creditors of the deceased Trustor must present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or any claim or collection efforts which otherwise could have been asserted or enforced against the Trust or assets thereof may be barred.  

Claims may be submitted to the Trustee, or to the Trustee’s undersigned attorneys, by mailing in a timely manner a written statement of the claim at the addresses listed below.
