DECEASED SETTLOR AND
SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES
Notice is given that on January 14, 2024, Gordon R. Johnson died, who was a Settlor of the Gordon Johnson Land Trust, dated April 10, 2014, and any amendments thereto, and the Gordon Johnson Living Trust, dated April 10, 2014, and any amendments thereto.
Debra K. Higginbotham, whose address is 1008 Cresent Falls, Huntsville, AL 35806, and Sharon M. Wollman, whose address is 4517 E. Belmont St., Sioux Falls, SD 57103, are the current Trustees of the Gordon Johnson Land Trust, dated April 10, 2014. Robert W. Johnson, whose address is 47746 153rd St., Milbank, SD 57252, is the current Trustee of the Gordon Johnson Living Trust, dated April 10, 2014, and any amendments thereto.
Creditors of the deceased Settlor must file their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or any claim or collection efforts which otherwise could have been asserted or enforced against the trust or assets thereof may be barred.
Claims may be submitted to the Trustees by mailing a written statement of the claim to the Trustees at the addresses above.
