NOTICE OF DELINQUENT TAXES

Notice is herby given that I, Karla DeVaal, Treasurer of Grant County, South Dakota do hereby certify that the taxes and special assessments on the following list of real property have become delinquent for the tax year 2022 payable in 2023 and pursuant to SDCL 10-22-2 the following mobile home/building on leased site have become delinquent for the tax year 2022 payable in 2023.

Interest and advertising costs are included in these amounts. Certificate fees will be added the third Monday of December in the current year as per state statue.

Additional interest will be added to the amounts set forth below on the first day of each month left unpaid.

This list may not reflect changes in recorded ownership.

The list published at this time does not include real estate for which the County now holds tax sale certificates.
