NOTICE OF HEARING UPON APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL EVENT ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Board of County Commissioners in and for the County of Grant in the City of Milbank, South Dakota, on the 2nd day of February, 2021 at the hour of 9:00 AM at the Grant County Courthouse in the County Community Room will meet in regular session to consider the following application from the Revillo Fire Dept for (2) Special Event Malt Beverage licenses for events to be held at the former Grant Deuel School facility now known as Spirit of the Cats Foundation on March 6 and March 27, 2021, which has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners and filed in the County Auditor’s Office.

Applicant: Revillo Fire Dept, for the retail on-sale Malt Beverage License at: 16370 482nd Ave, Revillo SD 57259 with a legal of the S 1240’ of the N 1475’ of the W 460’ of the W ½ SE ¼ in 22-11-48 (26.18A).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT any person, persons, or their Attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such application.
