NOTICE OF HEARING UPON APPLICATION FOR A SPECIAL EVENT ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Board of County Commissioners in and for the County of Grant in the City of Milbank, South Dakota, on the 4th day of May, 2021 at the hour of 11:00 AM at the Grant County Courthouse in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room will meet in regular session to consider the following Applications for a Special Event Malt Beverage license to operate for an event by the Whetstone Valley Snowmobile Club to be held at the Twin Brook Thrashing Show Grounds on June 3-5, 2021 which has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners and filed in the County Auditor’s Office.

Applicant Whetstone Valley Snowmobile Club for the retail on-sale Malt Beverage License at: 15050 472nd Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 with a legal of Govt Lots 3 & 4 and the E ½ of the SW ¼ in Section 18, Township 120, Range 49

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT any person, persons, or their Attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such application.
