WHAT: Applications of Dakota Range III, LLC for authorization to erect and maintain poles and wires and necessary appurtenances and bury cable for the purpose of conducting electricity for lighting, heating and power purposes along certain public highways in Grant County, South Dakota

WHEN: Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at 9 a.m.

WHERE: Grant County Commissioner’s Room

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, South Dakota will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at 9 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioner’s Room to discuss Dakota Range III, LLC’s applications pursuant to South Dakota Codified Law 31-26-1 for authorization to erect and maintain poles and wires and necessary appurtenances and bury cable for the purpose of conducting electricity for lighting, heating and power purposes along certain public highways in Grant County, South Dakota.

You are receiving this notice because you are a public entity having jurisdiction and supervision over the involved highway or because you are a person, firm, or corporation owning or operating electric, telephone, or telegraph lines or underground cable on any part of the highway which the proposed lines may occupy.

Complete copies of Dakota Range III, LLC’s applications are on file with the County Auditor of Grant County, South Dakota.
