NOTICE OF INTENT TO

CONTINUE OPERATION

Notice is hereby given that the SAND/GRAVEL mining operation being conducted by:

PETERS GRAVEL LLC, 14841 480th AVE., MILBANK, SD 57252-5944 will continue its mining operation located at N1/2 SE1/4 Section 3; T121N - R48W, Grant County, SD.

The general location of the mining operation is 14273 477th Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252.

The operation originally advertised to be complete by November 30, 2024, will be extended to November 30, 2029.

Proposed future use of the affected land will remain as originally advertised.
