Notice OF INTENT TO CONTINUE OPERATION
Notice is hereby given that the construction aggregate mining operation will be conducted by:
RYAN MIELITZ, 15222 485TH AVENUE, MILBANK, SD 57252, will continue its GRAVEL mining operation located at 33-120N-47W, Grant County.
The general location of the mining operation is four miles south and eight miles east of Milbank at 153rd Street and 486th Avenue.
The operation will begin June 2026 and will be completed to include final reclamation by December 2036.
The affected land will be reclaimed in accordance with SDCL 45-6-67 to accommodate the proposed future use of the area as: Farm Land
