NOTICE OF INTENT TO MINE

Notice is hereby given that a mining operation being conducted by

First Rate Excavate, 1509 E 31st St N, Sioux Falls, SD 57104, Located at NE1/4 of Section 18, 118N, R18W, Grant County, SD

The general location is SW corner of 479th Ave and 162nd St, Grant County SD.

Material to be mined: Sand and Gravel

The operation is to begin by 3/15/2021 and will be completed to include final reclamation by 12/31/2031.

Proposed future use of the affected land: final reclamation will consist of regrading, replacing topsoil, and reseeding to allow the area to be returned to pasture/cropland.
