Notice is hereby given that a mining operation is to be conducted by:

Legal location of the mine:

Northwest Quarter of Section 17-118-48

County: Grant

General location of the mine:

Two and one-half miles west of Revillo 163rd Street

Three-fourths mile north on 479th

The operation is to begin by May 15, 2022, and will be completed to include final reclamation by December 31, 2032.

Proposed future use of the affect land: final reclamation will consist of regrading, replacing topsoil and reseeding to allow the area to be returned
