NOTICE OF LAKE TOWNSHIP EQUALIZATION
Citizens of Lake Township, Roberts County, South Dakota are hereby notified that the Township Board, acting as Board of Equalization, will meet on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 7 p.m. at the Chad Ballhagen residence, 13193 468th Avenue, Wilmot, SD for the purpose of equalizing the assessment of property in the township and to hear all complaints and grievances.
South Dakota law requires that the Township Board receive written notice of any appeals to their values. This written appeal must be received and/or postmarked by March 12, 2026. Appeals can be mailed to Lake Township Clerk Nancy Kimmel, 13446 468th Avenue, Wilmot, SD 57279.
