NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Monday September, 9, 2019 at or after 4:00 P.M. in the Grant County Courthouse to consider in full or in part the following conditional use permit application request from Ottertail Power Company on the following legal description: Ottertail Power Addition Lot 1 in the NE ¼ NE ¼ in Section 22 Township 118 Range 48 West of the 5th p.m. Grant County, South Dakota.
• A Conditional Use Permit, CUP08122019A, Pursuant to Section 1101.03: Conditional Uses in the “A” Agricultural Zoning District #14 Public Utility/Service Structure, the applicant, Ottertail Power Company, is requesting to construct a substation.
All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing. Written comments may be filed with the Zoning Officer or County Auditor at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252 on or before noon on Friday, September 6, 2019.
